Joint independence
Today, we are five lawyers at ADVOCAT, each in charge of their own fields of expertise. In addition to our functions at the firm, we are members of numerous institutions on boards of administration, management, associations, and advisory councils.

I studied Italian law in Florence, Innsbruck and Padua and have been a member of the Bolzano Bar Association since 2001.
My range of activity includes civil law (with specialization in real-estate transactions, law of obligations and inheritance law), and administrative law (with specialization in regional development, building and procurement law). I offer representation in court and arbitration court. Regarding banking law, I look back on many years of experience as an effective member of a supervisory board of a bank.

My task area mainly includes general civil law and commercial law (with specialization in contracting, real estate law, legal dunning and debt collection as well as bankruptcy and insolvency law). In addition, I draw on many years of experience as a member of numerous boards of associations and corporations. Furthermore, I offer my consult and assistance with the development of an organization model according to G.v.D. No 231/2001, and legal translations.

I offer representation in court and arbitration court, in extrajudicial matters and mediation. I draw on years of experience as a private attorney and legal guardian, as well as appointed legal counsellor of other guardians. In addition, I am a founding and board member of several social and non-profit associations, and I offer certified legal translations in German and Italian.

Since 2019, I have been a council member of the Bar Association of Bolzano, where I am a member of various commissions (Mediation Office of the Bar Association, Informatics and Continuing Education), as well as within the Union of Bar Associations Triveneto - Unione Triveneta (Informatics) and the Union of Italian Bar Associations at the Ministry of Justice - CNF (Alternative Dispute Resolution - ADR) and mediator trainer - lecturer in mediation techniques at the Higher School of Lawyers in Rome (Scuola Superiore dell'Avvocatura - SSA).
My area of practice includes civil and commercial law, with a focus on corporate law, inheritance law (also in the context of business succession) and real estate law, as well as intellectual property law, legal informatics and information technology. I also deal with insurance law and claims for damages, debt collection and sworn translations (Italian-German and vice versa).
I provide my clients with extrajudicial and judicial assistance throughout Italy, including at the highest courts, with the benefit of a dense network of reputable correspondent lawyers also in the main European and non-European countries.
Furthermore, I attend to my clients in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), where I am at my clients' disposal with many years of experience both as a lawyer and as a qualified mediator (in the field of civil and commercial law and family mediation), either privately in my office or at your place of business as well as with the competent public authorities (Bar Association and Chamber of Commerce of Bolzano).
